Delete Your Account & Data

At INNERO, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens when you do.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: From the INNERO app

This is the fastest way to delete your account:

  1. Open the INNERO app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Contact support

If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to delete your account from within the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Please include the email address associated with your INNERO account so we can locate and process your request. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed and can no longer be recovered:

  • Your profile information (name, email, avatar).
  • All quiz responses and personality assessment results.
  • Your archetype profile and behavioral insights.
  • Notes, tasks, and any content you created in the app.
  • Progress history, streaks, and activity data.
  • Push notification tokens and device preferences.
  • Any linked social login connections (Google, Apple, Facebook).

What May Be Retained

In certain limited cases, some data may be retained after account deletion:

  • Transaction records: Purchase and subscription records may be retained in anonymized form for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes, as required by applicable law.
  • Aggregated analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage data that cannot identify you individually may be retained to improve our Services.
  • Legal obligations: Data required to be retained by law, regulation, or to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Important: Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your device's subscription settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

  • iOS: Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select INNERO → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → select INNERO → Cancel Subscription.
  • Web: Contact support@innero.me to cancel a web subscription.

Third-Party Data

If you signed up using Google, Apple, or Facebook login, deleting your INNERO account removes the link between your social account and INNERO. However, it does not delete your Google, Apple, or Facebook account. To revoke INNERO's access to your social account, visit your respective provider's app permissions settings.
