Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy

This Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy ("Guarantee Policy") applies to all paid subscription plans purchased through the INNERO website (innero.me). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this Guarantee Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Subscription & Refund Policy.

1. Our Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your decision. That's why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new web subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your INNERO subscription within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund — subject to the eligibility criteria below.

2. Eligibility for a Full Refund

To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not logged into or accessed the INNERO app (mobile or web) more than 3 times after subscribing.
  • You have not completed any lessons, assessments, check-ins, or other interactive content within the app.
  • You have not downloaded or exported any personalized reports, action plans, or profile data.
  • This is your first subscription purchase with INNERO (the guarantee does not apply to renewals or repeat purchases).

If all conditions above are met, you will receive a 100% refund of the subscription fee you paid.

3. Partial Refunds

If you have actively used the app (logged in, completed lessons, or interacted with your personalized content) but are still unsatisfied with the service, we will review your case on an individual basis. At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the unused portion of your subscription, taking into account:

  • The number of days elapsed since your purchase.
  • Your usage activity (lessons completed, features accessed, logins).
  • Whether you engaged with the core program content.

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are provided solely at the discretion of INNERO.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase.
  • You have substantially used the service (e.g., completed multiple lessons, actively engaged with daily content, or used the app over multiple days).
  • The subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (refunds for these purchases must be handled by the respective platform; see our Subscription Policy).
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • You are requesting a refund for a renewal charge (the guarantee applies only to the initial subscription purchase).
  • The refund request is suspected to be fraudulent or part of a pattern of abuse (e.g., repeated signups and refund requests).

5. How to Request a Refund

  • The email address associated with your INNERO account.
  • Your approximate purchase date.
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Abuse Prevention

This money-back guarantee is offered in good faith. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse patterns, including but not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the guarantee repeatedly.
  • Using the app extensively and then requesting a refund.
  • Sharing or reselling account access.
  • Filing chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without a prior refund request through our support channels, we may share relevant account and usage data with the payment processor to contest the dispute.

7. Regional Consumer Rights

This Guarantee Policy does not override or limit any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, or other jurisdictions with statutory consumer protections, your rights under local law apply in addition to this guarantee.

We may update this Guarantee Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change.
