Subscription & Refund Policy

This Subscription and Refund Policy ("Policy") sets out the rules applied to the use of services and systems provided by INNERO, Inc. ("INNERO", "we", "us", "our"), as indicated in our Terms of Service. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this Policy.
1. Free Trial
We may offer a free or paid trial subscription for the Services. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for your chosen subscription plan.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
2. Subscription
INNERO offers auto-renewable subscription plans (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly). The exact plan names, durations, and prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We may also offer promotional or discounted plans from time to time.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.
Subscription plan options may include different pricing and duration variations. Promotional plans may include an initial period at a reduced price ("Initial Phase"). After the Initial Phase, the regular (full) price will apply for each subsequent renewal.
3. Payment Method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase (Apple ID account, Google Play account, or payment card via Stripe for web purchases) at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method you provide.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate shown at purchase (or the then-current rate, if the price has changed and you were notified in advance).
4. Cancellation
Canceling your subscription means that automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your current billing period.
To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period.
Important: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the appropriate method below.
If you purchased on Apple App Store:
You can cancel a free trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings.
To cancel on your iOS device: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select INNERO → Cancel Subscription.
You can also cancel from within the INNERO app: go to Settings → Membership → Cancel. You will be directed to your device's subscription settings.
If you purchased on Google Play:
You can cancel a free trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings.
To cancel on your Android device: open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → select INNERO → Cancel Subscription.
You can also cancel from within the INNERO app: go to Settings → Membership → Cancel. You will be directed to your device's subscription settings.
If you purchased on our website:
You can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team at support@innero.me before the end of the current subscription period.
If you have the INNERO app: open the app → Settings → Membership → Cancel and follow the instructions.
If you don't have the app: contact support@innero.me with your account email and we will process your cancellation.
If you do not see an active INNERO subscription but have been charged, please contact our support team at support@innero.me and include a screenshot of the transaction. We will review your case and assist in resolving the issue.
5. Refunds
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
Apple App Store purchases: If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple. Open the App Store, go to your purchase history, and follow Apple's refund instructions.
Google Play purchases: If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Google. Open Google Play, go to your order history, and follow Google's refund instructions. You may also contact our support team at support@innero.me to request a refund.
Website purchases: We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for web subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@innero.me for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to applicable laws.
In both App Store and Google Play cases, we may provide certain data (e.g., your subscription status, account activity, and usage data) to the relevant platform to assist in processing your refund request in a transparent and fair way. By using our Services and purchasing subscriptions via these platforms, you consent to the sharing of necessary account and usage data for this purpose.
6. Regional Consumer Rights
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by beginning to use the Services during the withdrawal period, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided or the service has begun at your request. For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the right of withdrawal is governed by the respective platform's terms.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer protections available to you under EU or UK law.
Australia
If you are a consumer in Australia, nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
General Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy affects any statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract under the laws of your country of residence, including but not limited to consumer protection laws in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. Where such mandatory protections apply, our liability and your refund rights are limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Currency and Taxes
All prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by your app store region or payment method. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. The final price, including any applicable taxes, will always be shown before you confirm your purchase.
8. Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any pricing changes by posting the new prices in the app and/or by sending you an email notification. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
