You can cancel anytime. On iOS, go to Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then INNERO, then Cancel. On Android, open Google Play Store, then Subscriptions, then INNERO, then Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

For purchases made on innero.me, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you follow your plan for at least 14 days and don't see meaningful progress, email support@innero.me for a full refund. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled by the respective platform according to their refund policies.

Yes, you can request account deletion at any time from within the app settings or by contacting support@innero.me. All your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
